N910c battery issues?

Hi people.

DISCLAIMER:
-N910C
-Without any kind of modification (no root, custom kernal, boot recovery etc)
-Android 5.1.1 (XME) (N910CXXU1COJ5) (latest update provided by samsung as of 3rd May 2016)
-Original Samsung charger and usb cable, both charger and usb cable in good condition (just so you know asking me to change my charger, I tested it by charging my other samsung devices -- no problem)

Let me jump straight into my problem and hoping that someone would be able to help me.

The phone stop charging at 88% / 89% / 91% / 92%
How I know they stopped charging at the percentages mentioned? Plugged it in before sleep, 5-6 hours later it stuck at one of the percentages mentioned, most commonly 91%. Check the battery usage graph and it shows a straight horizontal line at 91% and onwards, and indicates like 13minute until full charge which it never happen. The device and the charger is not warm/hot, you know when they are charging they tend to get a little bit warmer.

Not always, meaning not everytime I charge my phone then it stopped charging at the percentage mentioned above. However, I would say it is about 8 out of 10 times. I read a lot of articles else where saying the same issue but different device. They came to a conclusion saying that is a hardware defect. Which, I do not think so (At least I hope it isn't). None of them mentioned if they charge their device with it power off or not.

So I tested it out a few times, both with the device on as well as with the device off. I noticed that with the device off, it can charge from 0% to 100% no problem (fast charge or not, same). So I would like to draw a hypothesis myself, it would be a software issue, I've no idea what but apparently some software bug/issue stopped it from charging further.
Not forget to mention that the battery constantly dropped straight to 0% when it reaches 5% (faster than vin diesel man), and sometimes it drops to 0 from around 5 - 20%.
Reformat, clear data, wipe cache, done it thrice = same issues remained. I also use some of the methods claim to be able to 'calibrate' the battery without root, also no cure to the current problems.

All these problems came along after the 5.1.1 update is what I am believing now. So I tried to downgrade it back to 5.0.1/4.4.4.
Guess what, I found out that Samsung locked the bootloader starting from 5.1.1, which prevent me from downgrading.

So my questions are:
1. Do anyone has any idea how to unlock the bootloader in android 5.1.1 without triggering any sort of knox counter?
2. Have anyone experienced/experiencing the problem, any solutions?
3. Have anyone tried 6.0.1 marshmallow? Do you have any problem as mentioned above? This will serve as an alternative if there is no way to unlock the bootloader in 5.1.1.
4. Can you downgrade from 6.0.1 to 5.1.1?

Thanks for your time.
