Failed to erase partition error

Helo guys..... When I tried to flash stock rom on my moto E... I am getting only this error stating Bootloader failed to erase partition ........
I used RETAILDSDSALL_XT1022_4.4.4_KXC21.5-40_cid7_CFC.xml to flash.......
My Command screen error are as fellow:
