I need help!
I made a back up of my HTC M8 Lollipop on May 21 and then upgraded to Marshmellow to see if it will resolve some battery and bluetooth issues i have been experiencing.
Then tonite I connected the M8 back to the Sync Manager and got a message that because the device was factory reset, it asked if I would like to create a new back up.
So I did, but apparently it wiped out my May21 back up???
How can I get that back up back? :confused:
The Marshmellow version im running now has only basic apps so I can get a baseline battery life and bluetooth testing.
Appreciate any help.
