How TO USE it :

put the start.mp4 & poweroff.mp4 file some where in your
phone (you can use USB cable or FTP
remote manager or etc)
in your phone go to your file manager with
root access (I use Root Explorer)
move start.mp4 & poweroff.mp4 file to /system/media
and set Permission to r-w-r-r ;)
