newbie: if i root the oneplus3, can i still use google play, etc..

i want to root a oneplus3 and i plan to use tmobile,
after the root, can it still use:
google play?
google pay?
tmobile's bingeon?
netflix?

i have read that rooting will prevent many paid apps from working?
