How to flash RUU .zip file without a physical SD card?

I've downloaded the RUU Zip (Stock Signed) 1.80.401.1 (by @djluisbento) from here:

I'm following the De-brand/convert to WWE using a RUU guide from here:

I've gone through all the steps but I'm stuck at

Which I'm assuming it requires to copy the file a physical SD card? I don't have one at hand, I've copied that file to the internal storage (/sdcard/2PS6IMG.zip) but when I reboot to download mode, there's nothing for me to do to flash that zip file.

Do I really need a physical SD card?
