[Guide/tutorial] Sony Xperia Tablet Z LTE/Pollux from stock to Cyanogenmod13/Android6

To verify that you are with a Xperia Tablet Z 4G / Pollux / SGP321 (SGP351 for USA, SO-03E for Japan)
On the tablet, go to Menu -> Settings -> About tablet
Check that the "model number" is correct : SGP321 (Europe)
NB. You must be logged as Microsoft Windows administrator to run console commands below.

1) Download the following files
Pack with Flashtool + fastboot.exe + TWRP 3 recovery : can't post outside links

OR SEPARATELY
Flashtool Xperia Driver Pack 1.8 : can't post outside links
TWRP Recovery 3.0.2.0 for Xperia Tablet Z : can't post outside links
CyanogenMod 13 : can't post outside links

OpenGapps for Android 6.0 (I prefer the Micro version) : can't post outside links

Copy the zip Cyanogenmod and gapps on the microSD card and place it in the tablet.

2) Install the drivers
On the keyboard of PC, "Windows key + R" combo
In the command prompt that opens, type: shutdown -r -t 0 -o
This opens a Windows menu:
Go to Troubleshooting -> Advanced Options -> Settings -> Restart
Upon restart, type 7 (Disables drivers signature verification)

After boot,
Start Flashtool Xperia Driver Pack 1.8,
check the Fastboot drivers, ADB and Xperia Z tablet drivers, start the installation and confirm the
forcing the driver installation. It ends by saying that everything was installed.

Restart Windows.

3) IMEI number

Note the IMEI.

developer . sonymobile . com / unlockbootloader /
Select Xperia Tablet Z
Enter your email and complete the captcha
In your mail, go to the Sony mail (Probably in your spam folder).
Click "Click here to proceed"
Enter your IMEI and click Next
Note the unlock code (beginning and end of page paragraph C.)

5) Connect the tablet into Fastboot mode.
Tablet off, hold "Volume up" while you plug the tablet in USB.

Then make a combo "SHIFT + right click" on that folder -> Chose "Open command window here" in the menu.

7) Unlock the bootloader
Still in Windows console
Type: fastboot -i 0x0fce getvar Version
If a line is displayed without errors is that the drivers are installed.
If #### <waiting for device> persists, you must learn more on fastboot drivers problem.

Paste the following line (end of page issued by Sony) :
fastboot oem unlock 0xYOURUNLOCKKEY.
After 2 seconds, it is displayed OKAY.
It is done !

8) Flash recovery
Still in fastboot :
Rename TWRP-3.0.2-0-pollux.img in twrp.img.
Copy-paste twrp.img in the same folder as fastboot.exe
Type in console : fastboot flash boot twrp.img
Wait, then once the confirmed success
type : fastboot reboot
AND while it restarts, repeatedly click the volume buttons to access the recovery (can take a while)

9) Save the ROM
You are now in TWRP recovery, swype to unlock changes
Go to Backup, select all partitions
In Storage, select Micro SDCard then OK
Then swype to start backup
(Well, it failed on my tablet ;))
Click the TWRP icon to return to home.

Go Wipe -> Wipe Advanced -> Select Dalvik, System, Cache, Data and drag to validate

###### NB. If errors are displayed in red "failed to mount data (invalid argument)" appear (as I had)
go to Wipe -> Data Format, type yes and click OK.
Then restart the tablet in the recovery and start the wipe of Dalvik and others.

10) Install and Cyanogenmod Gapps
Still under TWRP
