Hello,
a few days ago I was using my HTC M8 Sprint as normal, playing some game. It was connected to powerbank and the battery was at 32%. Suddenly my powerbank switched off and then my phone shut down too. I couldn't boot it, only to HBOOT. When I came home I tried to connect it to charger, but the result was that it was only showing the battery with lightning bolt symbol and an orange led light was on for a few seconds. Then the screen turned black and the led went off too. The phone was trying to boot again and it looped. With some combination of connecting it to different chargers, cables and usb ports it showed that the battery was 97% and that it was being charged. A few minutes later it turned black again but the led was still orange. I tried to switch it on and it worked. The phone was working since i unplugged it. After disconnecting it was turned on for a short time and then it shut down again.
The phone was not charging so I was trying all combinations of buttons (vol up + power, vol down + power, vol up + vol down + power). Since the phone was connected to the charger it was booting into recovery and system. Vol down + vol up + power caused battery stats reset and after rebooting my phone lost some amount of data, UI was crashing and I needed to do wipe.
I also tried the light trick but it didn't work too. Then I was trying to calibrate te battery a few times (I think six or seven) and the battery completely went off. Now it doesn't boot even in recovery mode. It shows "entering into recovery" and then shuts down. I can only boot it in HBOOT.
This forced me to flash new RUU with fastboot, and then with zip on sdcard and HBOOT. I unlocked the phone, installed new recovery. Nothing. It looks still the same. When I connect it to the charger / usb port / power bank it only shows that lighting bolt for a few seconds, the led in on, and then everything is going black and loops. I can't boot in recovery and system, only HBOOT.
None of the combination works now, because of battery drain I think. When I try any of them, the phone boots only for a second. Only the HBOOT works, and when it's powered on in HBOOT it doesn't need to be connected to the charger.

I have no other ideas. I think it's the hardware problem for now. Maybe there is another solution ?
fastboot oem rebootRUU works too, but im not able to get into recovery, even from HBOOT.
