how to root and install TWRP on OP2 Oxygen os 3.0 beta version

i flashed OOS 3.0 using TWRP first phone got stuck in boot image while i tried to go into recovery but ROM worked........ then i updated "QUALCOMM-HS" and used some recover tool... then stock recovery is working but i cannot root or flash TWRP
can any one help?
