I bought a used verizon LG G2 and it asked for an update shortly after buying it. It is now stuck on a screen that says team win recovery project with a bunch of files under it. I have looked at other forums and see that this means that someone has removed the original android operating system and installed this instead. I've tried looking for info on how to get this off an put the original system back on so the phone functions normally again but they are all written in tech language that the average person can not understand and follow. Is there anyone who can walk me through fixing this phone in simple terms not all tech terms. I am a paramedic not an IT person. Any help would be appreciated.
