Here I put experimental release of CM13 for GT-I9070/GT-I9070P. It's absolutely not tested, may not boot (if you'll not seeing cm boot animation after 10sec that's mean ROM is not bootable), if cm boot animation show up, than is huge chance to fully boot and possibility for testing. Only for advanced user which know what's doing.
You need KitKat compatible Recovery to flash. Thanks for eventually tests.
