Just got my international 5x and went ahead and unlocked the bootloader and installed TWRP. I flashed a custom ROM and got to the setup process. Tried setting a finger print, settings crashed. Finally, just left it and let it boot completely. Tried to set a Pin unlock, settings crashes. Decided I would try another ROM. Still getting the same issue with a different ROM. Does it have anything to do with decrypting the phone? I've never run into this issue before.
