Cannot Boot to TWRP Recovery with Hardware Buttons

I flashed TWRP 2.8.7.7 Material Play with fastboot:

I cannot boot to recovery by pressing the Power + Volume Up button. Any help?

I can only boot to TWRP with the advanced reboot function in CM12.1 (Power Menu>Reboot>Recovery) or using:

Another question: is the Lenovo A6000 (kraft) already has an unlocked bootloader out of the box? Thank you so much.
