I'm new to all this, I tried to install CM and I followed their instructions to the letter. Heimdall gave me errors, saying the phone didn't recognize the command. Now my phone just says, "firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in kies and try again." Well "Kies" won't connect to my device. The only screen I can get to come up is the download screen.
