So I have a phone my sister forgot the password too and I want to reset it. The box says its a SOHO phone, model #688I but I cant find any information on the phone or company online. I tried various hard reset methods but I cant seem to get it right. Any help is appreciated! Also, sorry if I posted in wrong place, not to familiar with xda forums!
