[QUESTION] Install MIUI 6 One-handed Operation Mode in CM12 bases rom or similar?

I've been looking for an app/xposed mod that let me resize the screen by inches, not by window borders or pixels.

And they all work the same way, adding borders to your screen. Is there any app or mod that let you resize the screen using inches? (for example, turning the 5.2" screen to 4")
