Went to Canada and now S4 won't connect to network after getting back

Unlocked bootloader/rooted S4 with SlimKat. While I was up there, I was looking through available networks, APN menu, etc. I must have clicked something thinking I could just cancel or reset to default. Now, I'm getting "Emergency Calls Only". Any suggestions or should I just do a factory reset? :/
