How can i get mobile data (1x only) on non sprint network with RUIM

I am on stock OK4. Mobile data work fine on GSM/UMTS. But when i use RUIM of CDMA network, data not working...
ive changed apn for my MCC/MNC.
Data works only if i use NV, but on RUIM not working.
P.S. I dont have 3g signal in my town, i need only use 1x ppp connection with RUIM.
