Hey, I might be posting in the wrong forum so please correct me if I'm wrong because I couldn't find a designated forum for this specific device here on XDA.
My sister seems to have locked her phone after typing the wrong password, I know her FlyMe username and password because I was the one to set up her phone but when I try to login at the lock screen it just won't let me type anything, there's a text box to enter a password, the keyboard opens up when I click on it but it just won't let me type anything, it just says "Unable to unlock now", I tried waiting a few minutes, even an hour but it still won't let me type it, did anyone encountered it and know how to fix it without having me reset the phone and deleting everything?
