Browser freezes

Hi everyone. Let's see if you can help me with this: I've noticed that with Chrome, CAF browser and other browsers (Firefox doesn't) it gets freeze for a few seconds when scrolling. It is quite annoying.

I've noticed this with AOSP (CM13, candysix...) or custom stock roms. Has anyone a solution for this???
