I got an Android TV Box, based on a xtreamer SideWinder 4, modified by a local Broadcast Provider with "own" remote Control..
I flashed now the original stock Rom of SideWinder 4 to this box and first i saw, the remote Control was not working.
after i copied a "remote.conf" from the Provider based Image to my box (which is rooted) i could Control the box basicly..
Main functions are working but i could not enter any Information if the Screen-Keyboard does not appear.....
So i learned all the codes of the existing remote control through dmesg dump an configured a "new" remote.conf.
But now, the remote control wouldn't work with the modified remote.conf and key-input is not posible at all....
can you have a look at both of my configuration files to find out, where is the difference that the new one is not accepted ?
and second : what is to configure, that the Screen Keyboard is appearing entering a text-field ?
