K8 Round/K18 and K8 Mini/D5 data and Weather issues

So on the K8 Round/K18 and K8 Mini/D5 on completely stock firmware I've noticed some consistent issues on my device

D5- Stock kills data and Weather doesn't work
*Mini- Stock kills data but Weather works (sorta)
K8- Stock w OTA doesn't kill data but Weather doesn't work

*This is the D5 running Mini firmware

How it was tested:

1. Connected to Wifi
2. GPS lock
3. Location service enable and set to "High Accuracy"
4. Set display timeout to 5min
5. Check Weather
6. Wait til display turns off
7. Wait 5min
8. Turn on display an check connection status (swipe up from bottom of display on watchface)
