Date Reset and Android is upgrading on every boot

Hi all,

i've a Samsung Galaxy S4 (GT-I9505) with Albe Lollirom 6.0 and when i reboot it, the date is reset and always appears 'Android is upgrading' message.

How can i solve these two problem? I am very annoyed by this thing :(
