Which ROM/Kernel combination do you recommend?

Hey Guys,
am am very new to the scene.
Currently I am messing around with some OP2 roms but cant decide which way to go.
Since I don't want to start a big discussion nor messing around with all roms available. All that installation and configuration process making me nuts.
Therefore I will give a statement what features the rom should have.

First of all the rom should be stable, meaning no reboots.
The rom should be very smooth without any hiccups.
The rom should also be very battery efficient while screen on and off (but I think this is more related to a proper kernel and configuration).
Additionally the rom should allow some customization, like a theme-engine.

That's all I need.

Currently I've tested out Paranoid with the default kernel and I think that it is very hungry on battery. Were screen off is fine, due to Greenify, PowerNap and Amplify, the screen on consumption is pretty high (~4h SOT).
I am thinking about giving CM13 a try, but I feel, that there are some bugs left (Slow GPS, Vector bug,...). Therefore I don't see a reason to install a rom which might be pretty awesome, but due to an additional configuration task and buggy features turns out to be not suitable.

p.s. sorry for dat english :silly:
