The Original Samsung "OS" gave me the option to speak with my S4 when I pressed the button left next to the spacebutton in swiftkey.
Now the problem is that when I click on that button I get another layer which lets me speak to the phone after that it shopws me a list of recognized words.
That wasn'T with the other OS. Is that a software addon from Samsung that gave me this option direct without opening I think it's Google Talk.
