is there a way to set up trackpoint speed and sensitivity on an external thinkpad keyboard connected using OTG cable?
The default setting is unusable. Even the maximum pointer speed in android setting doesn't help - the pointer barely moves.
On linux the setting is possible using udev rules. Is there something similar on Android OS?
