finally i got solution.....
How to Install
1 Part:-
1) open pc & use your stock rom Xolo Play 8X 1100 S012 29-07-2014 ,before flashing replace original recovery to following link's Philz recovery

, Flash it without battery .
2) than after flashing procedure just boot into recovery And flash latest update suerpsu.zip
3) just normal reboot
4) after getting original system, check IMEI by dialing *#06#
5) if it shows IMEI no. than good. Follow 2 Part
if not than go to aboutphone>and 10-12 time press build no. to get activate developer mode
go to developer mode>enable usb debugging.
now its time to use MTK Droid
Run MTK Droid 2.5.3
and replace IMEI.(google,youtube for mtk droid IMEI )
and BACKUP YOUR IMEI in MTKDROID IMEI option
this gives two restore files one is .bin & other is .tar in mtkdroid backupNVram folder.
never miss this two file it is very useful in future
after this follow this process
2 Part:-
Boot into recovery.
go to wipe and formate options
1)wipe cache,
2)wipe Dalvik/ART cache. &
3)complete formate for new rom
4) go back>install zip>select FLASH BASEROM & than FLASH or follow as per rom developers instructions
reboot.
if imei no not shown than follow mtk droid method of part 1 -But this time use RESTORE option from imei.
u will be asked for previously saved two backupnvram files.
Enjoy stable network without any problems..errors
