i have done every step read every guide cannot get calls working on tmobile any help

i have read every thread and tried every trick i cannot get tmobile calling to work.i make a call and after a little bit it says call ended.if someone calls me it rings on their end once or twice then goes to voicemail.if anyone can help i would greatly appreciate it as i am fustrated beyond point.id even consider a donation
