When I plugin the phone, windows recognizes it as a CD-Rom, which apparently has USB drivers, but installing them do nothing.
I've tried clearing cache/data on the "External storage" and "Media Storage" system apps, and reset the phone (as suggested here: http://ift.tt/2aTk97b) , and it makes no difference.
I've ensured that the MTP file transfer is selected, and it makes no difference.
I've uninstalled the Samsung Kies, and it makes no difference.
I've tried multiple cables, and it makes no difference.
This is annoying as ****.
