Can USB type C of Note 7 read or write data to a pen drive like Note 4 does, as well has on-the-go OTG ?
In the user manual of T-Mobile, page 9, is this note:
Note: The Micro USB Connector does not support
On‑the‑Go (OTG) devices such as memory sticks,
external hard drives, or keyboard and mouse
accessories.
I can not believe that all Samsung smartphones are able to read/write pen drives, through an adapter micro USB-USB 2.0, and Note 7 be disable through the USB type C with an adapter type C-USB 2.0 to do the same.
Please, can someone expert on this matter explain this point?
