After Displaychange : Phone not starting

Hey guys. Here the Story :

My display had a crack. So i ordered a new one and i changed the display.
I know what iam doing, so i made a good job.

But when i started my phone, it vibrates 1x and then nothing happens.
I connected it with the charger : Nothing.
I connected it to my computer : Nothing.

I decided to open the phone again and i inspected the display a bit more.
What i see :

The new display looks exactly like the old one.
But : Booth display have a synaptics chip on it.
On booth chipsets the serialnumbers are the same, exept one line in the bottom in the Serialnumber :

AGVC841 (Old working Display)
AGVA090 (New not Working Display)

The funny thing : When i disconnect the Chip on the new display : The phone starts and boots up to the OS. I can connect it to the computer, it shows me the setup (Flashed it via fastboot new)
But the Touch is not working. (Yeah, i think its some controllerchip for the Digitizer)

So be carefull, that the Chipset is matching with your old-screen-chipset.

Ive ordered a noter new screen now. Lets see what chipset it have :D

And sorry for my bad englisch !

Did somebody of you encounter that problem ?

Phonemodel : OnePlus Two A2003 (64GB EU-Version)

Maybe they sent me a Chinese-Display-Version ?
