I have a rooted Acer A1-830 and decided to do a factory reset. It turned off and turn back on and got to the normal Acer boot up screen. After a few hours, it turned off and turn on and get stuck at a black screen with a white USB-like symbol. On the bottom of the symbol is a white rectangular box, which sometimes turns red. This was a couple days ago. Yesturday, I realized that it only turns on to any screen if it's plugged into something. For some reason, it seems like what screen show up depends on what it's plugged into. A wall charger and a computer makes it go to the USB screen. My portable charger made it go to the Acer boot up screen. Either screen, it just stay stuck there. I tried to turn it off and the only way to turn it on was to plug it into something. It won't turn on if it's not plugged in. Can someone help me here?
